At Bashir & Sons (London) Ltd, we take great care to ensure all website content is accurate and up to date. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication, and all products are described as accurately and fairly as possible.

Please note that due to the natural variations in leather, minor differences in texture, grain, or colour may occur between items. While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are true to life, we cannot accept responsibility for slight variations caused by lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the material.

Guarantee

All garments supplied by Bashir & Sons are covered by our 12-month manufacturing guarantee.

We will repair, free of charge, any faults resulting from manufacturing defects such as:

  • Stitching

  • Zips

  • Buttons

  • Poppers

This guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations made after purchase.

 

Returns Policy

You may return any item to us within 7 days of receipt (including during the Christmas period) for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  1. The item has not been worn or used in any way.
  2. The item is in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  3. The item is returned within 7 days, using a tracked delivery service requiring a signature upon delivery.
  4. The refund will exclude delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.

Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and measurement guidelines carefully before placing your order.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your payment has been confirmed (via credit/debit card, cheque, or bank transfer), we aim to dispatch your order the same working day whenever possible.

All dispatched goods are fully traceable.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Bashir & Sons cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know on the same day you place your order.

 

Returns from Outside the EU

If you are returning goods from outside the European Union, please ensure the customs declaration clearly states that the goods are being:

“Returned to retailer for replacement/refund.”

Failure to do so may result in unnecessary import charges or delays.
