Order Processing & Dispatch

We at Bashir & Sons London Ltd accept orders from customers worldwide.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£), our local currency. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
For bulk orders, delivery charges will be shared with the buyer at the time of order confirmation. Buyer is responsible for the taxes unless agreed otherwise

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–4 working days.

If an item is out of stock, please allow 10–14 working days for manufacturing and dispatch.

For mixed orders (in-stock and made-to-order items), in-stock items will ship first, and the remainder will follow once available.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming your purchase.

UK Deliveries

Orders within the UK are shipped using UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, or other reputable couriers.

Transit time: Typically 2–4 working days once dispatched.
All parcels require a signature on delivery.
We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

International Deliveries

Orders outside the UK and EU are shipped via UPS or similar signed courier services.

Transit time: Approximately 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
Import duties & taxes: Deliveries to non-European countries may incur import duties and local taxes, payable upon receipt. These charges are not included in our prices and are non-refundable on returns.
When returning goods from outside the EU, please clearly mark the customs declaration:

“Returned goods to retailer for replacement/refund.”

Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased online must be returned by post with proof of posting and a completed return note including your full details.

Online orders cannot be returned in-store.

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
