Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Currently, dispatch time is approximately 2-4 working days when the stock is available. In case an item in out-of-stock, it can take 10-14 working days to manufacture and ship that item. If an order includes a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will delivery the in-stock items in 2-4 working days and the remaining in 10-14 working days.

Once you have placed an order, an order acknowledgement will be emailed to you.

UK
Your order will be sent by UPS/DHL 24 hours standard service or any couriers.

Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 2 -4 working days when all items in an order are in-stock. The package will require a signature at delivery.

Outside EU
Your order will be sent UPS or a courier signed service. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 5 - 10 days if all items are in-stock.

Duties: You should be aware that delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties - these charges are not refundable on returns.

Prices:
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing. The charges
for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the
country and method of delivery, but before you are asked to confirm the
order.

Colours:
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due
to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held
securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not
passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data
Protection Act.

Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages
