Shipping:

Once you have placed an order, an order acknowledgement will be emailed to you.

UK: Your order will be sent by UPS/DHL 24 hours standard service or any couriers:

.Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 5 - 7 days. The package will require a signature at delivery.

As soon as your credit card, debit card, CHQ or bank transfer payment is confirmed/cleared, we will ship the good(s) the same working day.

All dispatched goods are fully traceable. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organizations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, any special delivery instructions will need to be made aware on the same day the order is purchased.

Outside EU: Your order will be sent via UPS or a courier-signed service. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but the average time to be allowed is 5 - 10 days. You should be aware that delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties - these charges are not refundable on returns.

IMPORTANT: Outside EU customers
When returning goods, please make sure you state on the customs
declaration that the goods are being returned to the retailer for
replacement/refund.
